The Winternight Ice Witch is one type of ice fairy. It is one of the more formidable ice fairies. These fairies belong to the element of ice and since the elemental power of ice is often influenced and changed by the climate, the element must strengthen and solidify an area's elemental power through the release of ice fairies. It is said that in places with snow that does not melt such an ice fairy must be present.
