While in a Shield Form state, the healing capability of Recover is based off of your Stamina. While in a Disassembly Mode state, the healing capability of Recover is based off of your Strength. Everytime you trigger Recover, you will gain a stack of Elven Formation that grants you Movement Speed of 6%, stacks up to 4 times. Using Knowledge of Destruction will consume your stacks and repeats its damage, increases damage dealt by you and your raid members by 5% for each stack you have.
