Démoraliser

The sight of fangs scares your target! They cannot speak for 15 seconds and their magic defense is reduced by 10% for 30 seconds. When you apply it to a target, cooldown of Summon Shadows will be reduced slightly. Additionally when your followers inflict damage to a target which is under effect of Démoraliser, you will recover 1.0% HP and 5 Energy. This can't be triggered more than once per second. (If the target is a player, silence effect will last 3 seconds.)
