While examining the base of The Silent Citadel's wall, you find a Broken Reflective Device, the remains of an Orkham mirror grid. It speaks briefly, requesting alignment. Nearby mirror braziers must be rotated to reflect light toward the gate. Once complete, the Citadel briefly pulses.
