While examining the base of Тихая цитадель's wall, you find a Broken Reflective Device, the remains of an Оркхэм mirror grid. It speaks briefly, requesting alignment. Nearby mirror braziers must be rotated to reflect light toward the gate. Once complete, the Citadel briefly pulses.
